We deliver the products based on the availability of the stock, we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise agreed, you will not hold us liable for delays due to shortage of product in the market, import delays from manufacturers, general holidays, strikes, natural calamities, or vehicle breakdown.
2. Shipping cost and price
The costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. The price of the product shall be quoted on the website from time to time, which can be changed at the sole discretion of the company anytime.
Patanjali Alkaline will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long asa request to return is received by us within 3 business days to return an item from the date the product is delivered, sealed, unused, and in resellable condition.Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will receive the credit within 3 weeks, depending on your card/bank/wallet policies. If your return is approved, we will initiate a 100% refund to the source of your original payment method.
4. Delivery Terms
- Transit Time
In general, shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days.
- Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order, our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
- Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
- Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
- Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels/Products Damaged In Transit
Defective merchandise products will be replaced in the next 5-6 working days after placing a request with the customer care team via email or call. For highlighting any defects, please send us an email within 3 days after receipt of the damaged product along with product pictures on email@example.com.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. For cancellations please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Parcels/products are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
